Disclaimer
Nail extensions cannot be performed on any client under the age of 16 years of age without parental consent. The minimum age nail extensions can be performed is 14 years old, with parental consent only. A disclaimer will need to be signed by the legal parent / guardian who has responsibility of the child requesting the treatment, prior to booking being confirmed. The appointment cannot go ahead without the disclaimer being completed and signed by the adult responsible.
You can complete the disclaimer online and once completed, email it back to me. It is advisable to also save a copy of the completed disclaimer for your records, so you can refer back to it should you need to book further appointments for the same child and said child will still be under 16 years old, at the time of booking your new appointment.
Payments
Payments for treatments can be made in full via the website at the time of booking the appointment, using your debit/credit card or bank transfer. If making your payment via bank transfer, the banking details for the salon will be issued directly to you when finalising your appointment.
If you cannot make your payment in full at the time of booking your appointment, you can still book your appointment and secure the booking by placing a £10 deposit payment when finalising the appointment, and paying the remaining amount in person at your appointment. The remaining payment at your appointment, can be made by card, cash or back transfer.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform me either via text or email, with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to appointment, will receive 50% of the payment made at time of the booking.
Any cancellations that are made last minute and up to 12 hours prior to booked appointment time, will forfeit 80% of treatment price paid upfront or deposit paid.
You can amend your appointment to an alternative date up to two times free of charge, any more times after that will require a non refundable £5 amendment fee to be made via telephone or bank transfer when securing the new amended appointment date.
This amendment fee is in addition to any original deposit made when original appointment was made.
